Seasonal Wild Rice Laborers

Our Client in Clearbrook is currently looking for reliable employees to join their team for harvest. Various positions are available and may include any of the following job duties:

Operate material handling equipment and production equipment.
Take physical inventory of supplies, bulk rice, ingredients and finished goods.
Load and unload trucks.
General warehouse cleaning.
Lab positions.
You will perform production tasks in a safe, efficient manner while maintaining and improving product quality.
Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment, work without direct supervision on daily assignments.
Follow all personal & food safety, 5s, & Company policies.

Candidates must be able to pass drug test.

$13.07 hourly 6:00am-2:00pm
$13.57 hourly 2:00pm-10:00pm
$14.32 hourly 10:00pm-6:00am
$14.57 hourly Swing Shift (time varies by day)

Possible Bonus Pay: if employee works from start of season until end of season and misses limited hours. Bonus pay, if you qualify, will be $1.50 for each hour worked during the season.

All returning employees and new applicants that go through the interview process will get their name in a drawing for a $100 Gift Certificate.
