Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have an insurance license or be willing to obtain one within the first 120 days of employment. As an Insurance Agent Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations at our insurance agency. You will implement office policies and filing systems and screen calls and emails to make sure all claims and customer inquiries are directed to the correct department.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Insurance license or willingness to obtain one within the first 120 days of employment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
