Description:
Our Bemidji client is seeking a service writer for their automobile repair company. They will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle repair needs and manageing customer relationships. Responsibilities:
Interact with customers on the phone and in person
Work closely with vehicle repair technicians by effectively communicating customers’ needs to
the Service Techs for satisfactory service
Write quotes for the recommendations to the service techs for the customers & communicate that
information clearly and confidently to the customer
Make service appointments
Prepare and finalize service invoices
Communicate status of vehicle repairs to customers
Take payments from customers
Assist with the drive and till
Part-time 20 hours/week. Schedule varies & is flexible
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of automobile repair Must have excellent customer service experience
Patient disposition & ability o resolve conflicts
Able and comfortable with multi-tasking
Driver’s License
Clean driving record, and must pass drug screen and background check
