Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $20 per hour, with potential for growth based on demonstrated skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
Install new HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity
Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues in a timely and efficient manner
Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests as needed
Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
Communicate effectively with customers to explain service options and address any concerns
Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
EPA certification preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations

Note: This position primarily involves HVAC work; however, there may be opportunities for cross-training in other areas in the future.
