Job Title: Warehouse Lead / Parts Salesperson

Job Description:
The Warehouse Lead / Parts Salesperson will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of the parts room and assembling door components. Responsibilities include but are not limited to shipping, receiving, inspecting, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, package, and ship parts orders to customers
Receive supplier shipments, inspect items for damage, and verify counts
Notify appropriate personnel for inspection when required
Pull parts for door jobs and shop requirements
Create packing lists and bills of lading for door shipments
Assist customers with parts requests, generate quotes, and process orders
Assemble door components and build shipping crates using basic tools
Operate forklift and overhead crane for crate and pallet movement
Assist in warehouse management tasks such as requisitioning parts, supplies, and conducting cycle counts
Maintain a clean, safe, efficient, and professional workplace environment

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Basic computing skills including ERP systems, Webmail, MS Windows, and MS Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Understanding of shipping/receiving procedures and software such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager
OSHA certified forklift operator
Safe and insurable driver with a valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands:
Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
