Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

Description:
Our client is looking for a Room Attendant to preform housekeeping duties. Schedule requires employee to be flexible, will include mornings, evenings and weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:
*Prepare room for cleaning
*Strip and Make beds (to Client standards)
*Dust/Clean rooms furniture and fixtures
*Clean bathroom (to Client standards)
*Replenish room and bathroom supplies
*Clean closets
*Vacuum
*Remove any scuffs/markings from walls/doors as needed
*Check and Recheck cleaning duties checklist and secure the room
*Restock cleaning cart for future use
*Restock linen storage
*Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education Required: High School Diploma/GED

Required Skills:
Be in uniform and ready to being work at scheduled time. Clock in properly.
Able to take assignment direction from supervisor.
Must be able to speak and understand the primary language used in the work place.
Able to push/pull housekeeping carts and equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and up to 15 lbs. regularly.
Able to stand, sit, walk, repetitive motions, grasp for long periods.
Able to write, hear and have visual acuity.

Preferred Skills:
Previous hotel- related experience beneficial.
