Invoicing / Report Clerk

Pay Rate:
Minimum $13.00 Hourly

Our Client is looking for an Invoicing/Report Clerk. This position manages promotion runs, verifies output, matches client specifications outlined in the spec meetings, and audits and reports program data. Ensures transactions are processed within client required turn times. Manages and changes order process thru to output to ensure transactions are processed in accordance with client specifications. Prepares activity reports and/or customized reports that report promotion performance for clients weekly or as required by our clients. Manages promotion activity including inventory balances. Audits and manages client prepaid account balances. Reconciles UPS, USPS and miscellaneous data on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis. Prepares invoices and validates line items are coded to the proper revenue accounts.
Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow-up. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
Education Required: Some College
Experience Required: 12 Months

Required Skills:

Knowledge of debits and credits is preferred, but not required. Ability to type using a computer. Must have computer experience with e-mail, Word, Excel spreadsheets including the use of formulas within Excel and Great Plains.

Preferred Skills:
Two-Year certification from college or technical school preferred or one year certificate with related experience and/or training.
