Bemidji Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant / HR Assistant.

The Administrative Assistant / HR Assistant must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in written form, provide excellent customer service in a professional manner, must work in partnership with company staff and be a contributing member of the office team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Provide excellent customer service.
Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
Must be comfortable making outgoing calls to other companies and employees.
Support office staff with their daily duties.
Greet walk-in customers, answer questions and assist with their needs.
Ability to use social media to promote the company.
Assist HR with the hiring process including conducting interviews and follow-up.

Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Requirements:
Education Required: High School Diploma/GED
Experience Required: 24 Months

Required Skills:
At least two years of experience as Administrative Assistant and/or HR-related duties.
Must have basic computer skills and ability to learn company specific software.
Ability to input data into the computer.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel.
Must have the ability to prioritize and organize daily workload.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task.
Must be dependable, punctual, versatile, and accurate.

Preferred Skills:
Some experience in marketing would be a plus.
