Staffing Specialist / Client Service Representative
Requirements of a Staffing Specialist/Client Service Representative:
Assess the knowledge, skills, abilities and other traits of candidates.
Develop and maintain an understanding of all open positions to ensure recommendations are a good match.
Interview and screen candidates for current and future employment and career opportunities.
Ensure application, resume (if required) and applicable background and drug screen release forms are completed properly.
Perform drug screens and background checks as needed.
Keep lines of communication open and follow-up with candidates.
Prepare candidates before interviews with client.
Establish and maintain a productive relationship with clients.
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through obtaining accurate needs of client and communicate progress.
Follow-up with Clients to ensure their needs have been met to their satisfaction.
Maintain all contact notes with candidates and clients in company specific software system.

Experience Required: 12 Months
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Must have computer skills and ability to learn company specific software.
Ability to input data into the computer.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task.
Must be dependable, punctual, versatile, and accurate.
