Now Hiring: Production Assemblers – Multiple Shifts Available
We are currently hiring Assemblers in Cohasset, MN to join a fast-paced and team-oriented manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, staying active throughout their shift, and taking pride in producing quality work.
As an Assembler, you will play a key role in the production process by completing repetitive assembly tasks, inspecting finished products, and helping ensure everything meets quality standards. This position is a great fit for someone who thrives in a structured environment, values consistency, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
Multiple shifts are available, offering flexibility along with consistent full-time hours and 3-day weekends, making this a great opportunity for work-life balance.
Responsibilities

Perform repetitive assembly tasks using plastic components

Fold and assemble die-cut materials using fixtures or by hand

Assist with light packaging, labeling, and strapping

Operate ultrasonic welding equipment (training provided)

Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE

Work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
