Our client is seeking a hardworking and dependable Carpentry Laborer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants to be part of a crew working on a variety of projects in the Virginia, MN area and surrounding northern communities.

Pay & Schedule:

• $20–$30/hour DOQ
• Full-time hours
• Job sites primarily located in Virginia, MN and north of Virginia

Position Overview

As a Carpentry Laborer, you will assist with a variety of construction and carpentry tasks, including framing and siding work. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and eager to contribute to a productive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential or commercial construction and be comfortable using hand and power tools in an outdoor job-site setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with framing and siding installation on construction projects
• Measure, cut, and prepare building materials
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Support carpenters and crew members with daily job-site tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed
• Follow safety procedures and job-site instructions
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Qualifications

• Experience with siding and framing preferred
• Construction or carpentry background helpful
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable and able to work as part of a team
• Must be able to reliably get to job sites
• Driver’s license not required
