• Dayshift hours
• Schedule is weather dependent

Position Overview

As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a critical role in the construction process by ensuring surfaces are properly poured, leveled, and finished to meet quality standards. This position requires precision, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in changing outdoor conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, pour, and finish concrete surfaces according to project specifications
• Smooth and level concrete using hand and power tools
• Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, edging, and texturing
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality and durability
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently
• Adapt to changing weather conditions and job site needs

Qualifications

• Previous concrete finishing experience is required
• Strong understanding of finishing techniques and tools
