Position: Experienced Fabricator
Pay Range: $20.00–$30.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re looking for skilled fabricators who can contribute immediately to our welding and fabrication operations. This is a great opportunity to showcase your abilities while working on diverse and challenging projects.

What You’ll Do as an Experienced Fabricator:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Fabricate components and structures to precise measurements and tolerances.
• Perform MIG/TIG welding as needed.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, and presses.
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of fabrication experience (welding, cutting, assembly, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Solid understanding of shop safety practices.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
