Job Description
Always There Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Groundskeeper to join our team in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining attractive properties, and are looking for a flexible part-time schedule.
As a Groundskeeper, you will perform a variety of grounds maintenance, lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance duties to help ensure outdoor areas remain clean, safe, and well-maintained throughout the year.
Responsibilities

Perform lawn mowing and routine grass maintenance.

Operate a weed whip to trim around sidewalks, buildings, trees, and landscaped areas

Complete general property maintenance and seasonal outdoor cleanup.

Remove weeds, leaves, branches, and other debris.

Assist with snow removal during the winter season to maintain safe walkways and parking areas.

Operate and maintain basic lawn care and grounds maintenance equipment safely.

Complete additional outdoor maintenance duties as assigned.
Requirements

Valid driver’s license required

Must successfully pass a background check.

Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance experience is helpful but not required

Ability to work independently while managing daily tasks efficiently.

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Ability to lift, bend, walk, stand, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
