Temporary Home Health Aid/Resident Assistant – Bemidji, MN 56601

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Assignment Length: Temporary, 4–8 weeks
Shifts: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Our client is seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring Home Health Aides (HHA) / Resident Assistants (RA). The right candidate will provide quality support to residents in a comfortable, home-like setting. This temporary 4–8 week assignment is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in nursing, caregiving, assisted living, personal care, or activities of daily living (ADLs).

In this role, you will assist residents with their daily living needs and personal care, while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and respect. Responsibilities may include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other ADLs. HHAs/RAs may also assist with medication administration, meal preparation and service, housekeeping, laundry, activities, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, trustworthy, and attentive to the individual needs of each resident. Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work respectfully with residents, families, and other care team members are important for success in this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing, caregiving, assisted living, or residential care
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Experience with medication administration is preferred
• Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
