Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Field Manager to lead residential HVAC installation and service operations. • $100,000–$120,000 annually

Position Overview

As the HVAC Field Manager, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems while leading field technicians and coordinating project schedules. You’ll work closely with customers, contractors, and office staff to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, solving technical challenges, and helping build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Manage and support installation and service technicians in the field
• Coordinate project schedules, staffing, and resource allocation
• Review HVAC plans, schematics, and project specifications
• Oversee installation of furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance when needed
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure installations meet company standards
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Maintain project documentation, service records, and equipment information
• Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture
• Build positive relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC management or residential HVAC installation/service experience
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation experience
• HVAC design experience preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical principles, and schematic interpretation
• Experience leading field service or installation teams
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
