Pay & Schedule:

• $34–$48/hour DOQ
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while working independently.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and recommend repair solutions to customers
• Test electrical circuits, components, and wiring safely and accurately
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Explain system concerns and repair options clearly and professionally to customers
• Document services performed, parts used, and future recommendations using company software
• Maintain service tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean working condition
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, EPA guidelines, and local codes

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA 608 Certification preferred
• HVAC/R certification or technical school training strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
