Our Client is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined HVAC to serve the people of Northern Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, values customer service, and takes pride in keeping heating and cooling systems running efficiently for both residential and commercial clients.

What You’ll Do As HVAC

• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment while providing accurate repair estimates.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.
• Install HVAC appliances and propane/fuel oil distribution systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance on customer systems as well as facility equipment.
• Use tools and instruments to assemble, calibrate, test, and repair equipment.
• Maintain inventory compliance on assigned service vehicle and keep company equipment in top condition.
• Ensure safety and property protection during all service and installation work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude (small engine repair, millwright, or HVAC).
• CFC Certification.
• 1–2 years of field experience.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work in a safety-conscious environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications

• Boiler license.
• MN/WI Class B CDL with tanker, hazmat, and air brake endorsements.
• EPA Certification.
• HVAC degree or certificate from an accredited program.
• 4–5 years of HVAC-R installation and repair experience.

Schedule

• 45–50 hours per week.
• Fast-paced, steady work environment with opportunities to work independently and as part of a team.
