Our client is seeking a dependable and motivated Lube Technician to join their automotive service team in Virginia, MN. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality service, and wants a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends.

Pay & Schedule:

• $18.00–$20.00/hour DOQ
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekends
• Paid holidays
• Location: Virginia, MN

Position Overview

As a Lube Technician, you’ll perform routine vehicle maintenance and light automotive repairs to help keep customers safely on the road. Your responsibilities will include oil changes, tire services, brake work, inspections, and Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) programming. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine lubrication services
• Rotate, mount, and balance tires
• Install new tires and program TPMS sensors
• Perform brake inspections and light brake repairs
• Complete vehicle inspections and recommend needed maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Accurately document services performed
• Follow all shop safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred
• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and light repairs
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts and tires as needed
• Valid driver’s license preferred
