Pay: $20.00+ per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Always There Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Laborer in Nashwauk, MN. This full-time position is a great opportunity for someone with general maintenance skills who enjoys hands-on work and a variety of responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with general maintenance, general labor, basic repairs, or other hands-on work. General maintenance skills are required for this position.
Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and labor duties

Assist with routine maintenance and basic repairs

Use hand and power tools safely

Help identify and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues

Move and organize materials, equipment, and supplies

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Assist with other maintenance and general labor tasks as needed
Requirements

General maintenance skills are required

Previous maintenance, general labor, construction, or similar hands-on experience preferred

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills

Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks throughout the workday

Reliable and able to work independently

Strong work ethic and willingness to perform a variety of duties
