Material Handler
Job Description
We are currently hiring a Material Handler to support receiving, inventory control, and material movement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment in McGregor, MN. This role plays an important part in keeping daily operations running efficiently by ensuring materials are properly received, organized, and delivered to the right areas on time.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day, working as part of a team, and taking pride in keeping things organized behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with production and inventory teams to help maintain accuracy, support workflow, and contribute to overall productivity.
Responsibilities

Receive and unload incoming materials

Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips

Label materials with part numbers, descriptions, and quantities

Report discrepancies and coordinate with purchasing

Deliver materials to production work cells

Operate forklifts, carts, dollies, and other equipment

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Perform daily cycle counts

Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to obtain forklift certification (required)

Valid driver’s license
