Our client in Clearbrook, MN is seeking dependable and motivated 2nd shift Rice Processing Laborers to join their growing production and warehouse team. These positions offer an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and eager to build a long-term career in food manufacturing, agricultural processing, or warehouse operations.

Position Overview

As a Remill Laborer, you will support daily production and warehouse activities involved in processing, handling, and packaging wild rice and related food products. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals experienced in general labor, production work, manufacturing, or material handling, as well as entry-level candidates willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and pallets
• Assist with physical inventory counts of bulk rice, ingredients, supplies, and finished goods
• Perform general warehouse and production area cleaning to maintain sanitation standards
• Follow all food safety, personal safety, 5S, and company policies
• Maintain consistent quality, productivity, and efficiency throughout the shift

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to perform production tasks independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
• Ability to work with minimal supervision once trained
• Prior experience in manufacturing, food production, warehouse labor, or agricultural processing is helpful but not required

Schedule & Pay

• Monday – Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:00PM – 11:30PM | $19.10/hour
• Temp-to-Hire Opportunity for the right candidates
