We are currently hiring a Welder for a well-established manufacturing facility in McGregor, Minnesota. This is a full-time, weekday position offering competitive pay based on experience. The ideal candidate has welding experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding on aluminum and steel components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
  • Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings
  • Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements

  • Previous welding experience required (MIG preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Welding certification is a plus but not required
