Position: Welder Trainee
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as trainees, where you will play an integral role in supporting our welding and fabrication operations. This position is designed for those eager to learn and develop their skills with the potential to grow into a specialized welding or fabricating role.

What You’ll Do as a Welder Trainee:

• Perform grinding and other labor-intensive duties in the shop.
• Assist welders and fabricators with day-to-day tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with a skilled team to meet production goals.
