Determine pre-sales technology requirement(s)
Implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows Server
Implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows Exchange Server
Implementing and supporting Microsoft Hosted Services, 0365, Azure
Implementing and supporting WAN/LAN Technologies
Implementing and supporting IP Routing
Working with other infrastructure technologies, like virtual computing and network management tools.
Working with line of business software in the client's technology environment
Must have valid driver's license
Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
Minimum of four years of help desk/information technology support. Four-year degree in CS/CIS/MIS preferred. Minimum of two-year technology related degree with five years' experience.
Excellent understanding of computer systems, routing, firewalls, wireless, mobile devices and other tech products.
Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written.
Server Administration: Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, HyperV
Must be able to clearly communicate, both written and verbal
Knowledge of remote management tools and ticketing system for time tracking
Must be customer focused
Must be able to deal with all levels of management
Must be organized and flexible and able to work on multiple issues at the same time
Follow-up and update customer status information
Be able to identify and suggest technology improvements for the customer
Be able to identify and communicate additional technology needs and communicate to appropriate internal team member
Driver's License: Class D Required
