Utility Worker

Description:

Our client in Hibbing is looking for a Utility worker. This position would be a multi cross trained employee throughout each area in the foundry in order to fill in where ever the facility needs.

They will need to have the ability to partake in physical labor (hammering, shoveling, etc.) as well as be able to understand the operations of HMI screens in order to operate some equipment/robotics while practicing great attention to details.

Requirements:

Drug Testing Required: Yes
Education Required: High School Diploma/GED

Required Skills:
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic

Preferred Skills:
The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, willing to learn, and driven. A strong “team” mindset should exist.
Having the understanding that each day could be different and then applying their best to wherever they are placed for the shift.
