Our client is seeking a motivated Assembly Production Machine Operator to work independently or with other production personnel to ensure completion of production requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading molds, operating rotational and vac form machines and related equipment, conducting secondary operations to the molded components, conducting fiberglassing tasks, and conducting final assembly operations as required. You will also be responsible for conducting tool/mold changes, inspecting molded and assembled components, conducting secondary operations such as routering and flaming, assuring paperwork/procedures are being followed, keeping work areas clean and organized, promoting a positive and productive working environment, suggesting cost savings or cycle time reduction ideas, being flexible to support various operations within the department, and documenting updates to work instructions as required.

Responsibilities:

Operate rotational and vac form machines and related equipment
Load and unload molds
Conduct secondary operations to the molded components
Conduct fiberglassing tasks
Conduct final assembly operations as required
Conduct tool/mold changes
Inspect molded and assembled components
Conduct secondary operations such as routering and flaming
Assure paperwork/procedures are being followed
Keep work areas clean and organized
Promote a positive and productive working environment
Suggest cost savings or cycle time reduction ideas
Be flexible to support various operations within the department
Document updates to work instructions as required

Experience with rotational molding, vac forming , fiber glassing, and assembly processes and equipment.
Experience in the production processes.
Good organizational skills, self-motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize
Ability to work well with others
Physical ability to handle parts and materials up to 60 pounds and to work long days in a warm environment
