Always There Staffing and our Bagley, MN client are searching for employees that would be interested in our temp-to-hire warehouse specialist position working on the night shift. This position will be responsible to supply assembly lines with parts from the warehouse and transferring parts from Assembly lines to Finished Goods (FG) as needed, in a safe and organized manner. Will also receive/distribute parts, assist to monitor/track parts for inventory accuracy, conduct audits, & run reports.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.
• Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines. Notifies supervisor of any potential safety hazards. Practice the following at all times: wearing proper protection equipment, proper lifting techniques, and forklift operation.
• Understands the importance of maintaining production support by supplying components to multiple production lines while upholding safety, quality, and plant orderliness.
• Record warehouse transactions. Remove FG from Assembly line to inspection area and record.
• Maintains plant orderliness by organizing empty trays, boxes, dividers, dunnage, & aisle ways in assembly area.
• Inventory audits/cycle count. Monitor incoming/outgoing inventory requests. Audit inventory discrepancies.
• Unload and load product from freight trucks when necessary.
• Staging parts per production requirements.
• Communicates with supervisor and co-workers in a professional manner.
• Actively participates in CIP events to improve the safety, quality, and efficiencies of our current processes and procedures. Utilizes the 5-S principles (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain) to enhance the plants orderliness and organization
• Each employee is expected to be to work on time for every scheduled working day
• Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of the client’s employees.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Work Schedule: Nights- 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Mon-Thurs/Tues-Fri rotating weeks. Drug screen & background check required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• One to three months related experience and/or training
• Must be able to operate forklift in safe and efficient manner
• Positive approach to position, responsibilities and co-workers required
• Each employee is expected to be to work on time for every scheduled working day
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., rarely lifting up to 60 lbs.
