Our client in Duluth is looking for someone to work full-time doing building maintenance services, including inspecting, cleaning, and providing minor repair services to buildings.

Day shift - 8:00am- 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Every 3rd week will be on call.

Floats to all of their locations in Duluth

Required Skills:
Must have driver's license
Pass a background check
Preferred Skills:
Minor plumbing, electrical skills desired
