As a Class A Driver, you will primarily be responsible for transporting loads between Bovey, MN and Deerwood, MN. There may be occasional days requiring two trips, depending on operational needs. Later in the season through mid-September, some routes may also include trips from Mt. Iron, MN to Deerwood, MN.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of maintaining professional standards while operating commercial vehicles efficiently and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport loads between designated locations
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations
Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
Ensure loads are transported safely and delivered on schedule
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding schedules or delays
Follow all company safety procedures and road regulations
Maintain a clean and professional vehicle appearance

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL required
Air brake endorsement required
Clean driving record preferred
Previous commercial driving experience preferred
Strong attention to safety and detail
Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and manage routes efficiently
