Assembly Operator – Day Shift
Location: Bagley, MN
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday (Potential for Over-Time on Fridays)
Pay: $17.00/hour

We are currently seeking Assembly Operator for a reputable manufacturing client in Bagley, MN. This is a temp-to-hire, entry-level manufacturing position offering steady hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to grow with a well-established production team. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to produce high-quality products in a fast-paced assembly environment.

As an Assembly Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling components into a finished product while following all safety, quality, and production standards. You will work with hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and testing equipment to ensure each product meets customer specifications. Associates are expected to maintain a consistent work pace while balancing efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety rules, procedures, and guidelines
Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and using machine guards
Monitoring product quality to ensure customer expectations and company standards are met
Performing assembly tasks efficiently while maintaining required production rates
Communicating clearly and professionally with supervisors and coworkers
Reporting to your assigned work area on time and prepared each scheduled day
Participating in Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives and following 5S principles (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain)
Supporting a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture
Completing additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
Ability to read and understand work instructions and procedures
Comfortable working in a standing position for the duration of the shift
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely and consistently
