Location: Bagley, MN 56621
Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM | Monday–Thursday (Fridays as needed)
Pay: $20.00 per hour | Overtime as required

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable Assembly Operator (also known as Assemblers, Production Workers, or Manufacturing Associates) for our client in Bagley, MN. This is a temp-to-hire, entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. In this role, you will assemble components into a finished, high-quality product while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety rules, policies, and procedures at all times
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses and use proper lifting techniques
• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, production standards, and quality guidelines
• Monitor and inspect product quality to ensure it meets customer and company expectations
• Maintain consistent productivity while balancing quality control and workplace safety
• Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and team members
• Report to assigned workstations on time and prepared for each scheduled shift
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives and support 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
• Promote a positive team atmosphere that supports morale and cooperation
• Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
• Experience or comfort using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and testing equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled work hours
• Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds
