This role Our client is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Secret Shoppers to complete assigned routes throughout Minnesota. Secret Shoppers visit designated locations, interact with employees, and provide feedback about their experience. Routes are completed primarily during the first two weeks of each month, making this a great side job for someone looking to add flexible work around another job, school, or other commitments.

Pay & Schedule:

• $19.00/hour for time spent completing routes
• $60 bonus for each completed route
• Flexible, route-based scheduling
• Routes available in various areas throughout Minnesota
• Assignments are primarily completed during the first two weeks of each month

Position Overview

As a Secret Shopper, you will follow a pre-assigned route consisting of multiple locations that must be visited within the same day. At each stop, you’ll complete the required interaction, observe the customer experience, and gather the information needed to complete your assignment.

After completing your route, you’ll submit detailed and accurate reports documenting your observations.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow designated routes and visit all assigned locations
• Complete multiple stops within the required timeframe
• Interact naturally and professionally with employees
• Evaluate assigned aspects of the customer experience
• Observe service, efficiency, cleanliness, and attentiveness
• Follow assignment instructions carefully and consistently
• Maintain discretion while completing Secret Shopper assignments
• Record accurate observations from each location
• Submit complete and detailed reports following each assignment
• Manage your time effectively to complete the entire route as scheduled

Qualifications

• Must be 21–25 years old
• Current, valid photo ID required
• Reliable transportation required
• Comfortable driving between multiple locations
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Ability to accurately follow written instructions
• Dependable and able to complete accepted routes as scheduled
• Good written communication skills for completing reports
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Reliable access to communication for receiving assignment information
