Our client is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Electronic Assemblers to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in electronics manufacturing, hands-on assembly work, and learning new technical skills in a structured production environment.

This position offers the potential to become temp-to-hire for the right candidates. One of the available openings may also include computer and inventory-related responsibilities for someone with previous computer experience who is willing to learn additional operational tasks.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Includes a half-hour unpaid break Monday–Thursday

Position Overview

As an Electronic Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electronic systems, components, and support structures using soldering irons and hand tools. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow technical instructions and production procedures accurately.

The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with repetitive but precision-focused tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble subassemblies and final products following SOPs and matrix documentation
• Use soldering irons and hand tools to place, wire, solder, and connect components
• Test, label, package, and transfer completed products to the stockroom
• Adjust, repair, or replace defective electronic components as needed
• Read and interpret drawings, work orders, and assembly instructions
• Position and align components for proper wiring and assembly
• Complete in-process inspections and maintain required documentation
• Maintain production, time, and waste reports accurately
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to resolve production issues
• Assist in explaining assembly procedures and techniques to team members

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Soldering experience is helpful but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Basic computer skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
