Our client is seeking dependable and hardworking Food Production Associates to join their food processing team. This hands-on position involves preparing, processing, and packaging a variety of food products.

No previous food production experience is required! Our client provides hands-on training in all areas of production, allowing employees to develop a variety of skills and become comfortable working throughout the facility.

Pay & Schedule:

• $15.00/hour
• Monday–Friday
• Start Time: 7:00 AM
• End Time: Varies based on daily production needs, potentially as late as 4:00 PM
• Full-Time, Day Shift

Position Overview

As a Food Production Associate, you’ll assist with preparing ingredients, processing food products, operating equipment, and packaging finished items.

Employees receive training in multiple production areas, with the goal of becoming fully cross-trained and capable of working throughout the operation.

This is an active position requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and a willingness to handle cold meat products in both raw and cooked forms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and production of sausage, pizzas, and other food products
• Safely handle raw and cooked meat products
• Prepare ingredients and materials for daily production
• Operate knives, machinery, and food processing equipment following training
• Follow written production instructions and established procedures
• Assist with packaging and handling finished products
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Learn and perform duties in multiple production areas
• Work cooperatively with team members to complete daily production goals
• Perform additional production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to the use of knives and production machinery
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable handling cold, raw, and cooked meat products
• Ability to read, write, and follow written production instructions
• Willingness to learn safe operation of knives and food processing equipment
• Ability to remain physically active throughout the workday
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with others
• No previous food production experience required
